Prediction
- Everton showed good character to see out a 2-0 lead against Middlesbrough in midweek after coughing up the same winning margin to draw against Bournemouth in the league at the weekend. The Toffees are in ninth place going into the weekend but are only six points off fourth. This should be a tough test, however, with Palace fantastic on the road under Alan Pardew.
- As for Palace, they come into this fixture high on confidence having scored 5 goals in a Premier League fixture for the first time. They will take this confidence on their travels to Merseyside where they are better on the road. In fact, only four teams have collected more points on the road than Palace this season (12).
