Everton
- Roberto Martinez will definitely be without Leighton Baines, Tom Cleverley, Tony Hibbert and Steven Pienaar but the Everton boss will be hoping to have John Stones (lack of match fitness) back in contention after he sat out of England’s last two matches through injury.
Manchester United
- The Dutchman may adjust his defence after Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young were horribly exposed against Arsenal. This could lead to Phil Jones coming in at right-back, with Matteo Darmian filling in at left-back as Luke Shaw remains a long-term injury absentee.
- Michael Carrick and Wayne Rooney both missed England’s last two matches but are fit to start here. Carrick should partner Morgan Schneiderlin in the middle with Bastian Schweinsteiger an injury doubt.
